RemoteVac loaders feature a wide sweeping three-inch elbow to slow the beans down before they enter the vacuum chamber. When the beans go from the two-inch hose to the three-inch elbow the air slows by over fifty percent. After the beans are slowed, they enter the sixteen-inch diameter chamber with a tangential inlet. We don't connect the hose directly to the chamber which creates a sharp turn that breaks beans.
Other loaders have a filter in the chamber above the weigh-fill that may need to be cleaned several times a day. Our filter is a large bag filter on floor level. You will only need to clean it a few times a year. You won't have to climb up on the roaster to do it.
Our loaders are food-grade stainless-steel. Soft aluminum loaders can deform and leak. Those leaks can blow dust all over your roastery.

Standard grounds filters are designed for specialty roasters who clean their weigh-fill and filters at the end of the day. They are not designed for 24/7 operation.
Our commercial filters are designed for 24/7 operation. Many customers report using them for years without having to clean the filters. Commercial loaders use three large bag filters which are cleaned after each load.

You need a sealed lid with a filter to contain dust. All grounds loaders use compressed air to clean the filters. The cleaning air is full of dust, and it will escape into the roastery if it is not controlled. We always recommend a full lid with a filter. The filter allows the air to escape leaving the dust behind.
Vertical screw filling machines require support for the loader above the fill tube. We offer special support for many filling machines. General solutions include hanging hoppers with sleeves, hoist systems and custom bolted hoppers.
